After struggling with a gradual weight increase for several years my doctor advised me to make changes to my lifestyle in an effort to curb unhealthy rises in blood pressure and cholesterol levels. He recommended that I consider working with Diminishing Dimensions as the safest option. Diminishing Dimensions helped me develop a plan for eating that is very different from my past patterns and habits. When I tried to lose weight in the past I starved myself but always failed, watched my weight yoyo up and down, or even gained weight. Diminishing Dimensions taught me the right way to eat to maintain an active metabolism and a healthy nutritional balance.
